Q: What is the largest size you can scan?
We can scan any documents or artwork in black & white or color up to about 24"x36".

Q: Can my scanned documents be edited?
When a document is scanned, the file that results from the scan is a digital image that cannot be readily edited by software such as Word or Publisher. However, we also offer OCR (Optical Character Recognition) services in conjunction with our scanning services. This is a procedure which converts scanned text into actual encoded text which can be edited in any word processing application. An extra charge applies for this service, depending on quantity and complexity of scanned documents.

Some examples of how our scanning services can benefit you:

• Scan a collection of your important documents for archiving. The documents are converted to sequential PDF format, then burned to a CDROM. A Free PDF reader is included on the CDROM for easy viewing. (CD Burning extra). You now have a digital document archive that can be printed on demand at any time!

• Scan a collection of your photos or artwork for archiving onto CDROM.

• Scan logos, photos or images to be included in a brochure, newsletter, catalog, or other media.

• Scan photos for digital restoration.
